SARCHESHMEH COPPER CONCENTRATOR EXPANSION PROJECT

The overall object of this project is to establish a concentrator plant at site of Sarcheshmeh of 304'000 to 464'000 tons per year , in other words 160'000 tons increment of copper concentrates . In this regard Svedala industry AB is responsible to carry out basic engineering and supply of offshore equipment and IRITEC carries out basic and detailed design , supply of onshore equipment , supervision of civil works , and erection , as well as technical inspection of offshore equipment .
By reconstructing the existing cells of floatation , more production of 18'000 tons per year will be available . So , the target increment of capacity will be 482'000 tons of concentrate per year with the purity of %28 to %75 .
In expansion plan , it is forecast that the total capacity of the plant to be increased to further 160'000 tons , which the total production will be 642'000 tons per year .

SUNGUN COPPER PROJECT

Sungun Copper Mine is located in the Eastern Azarbaijan Province , 75 Kilometer north west of Ahar provincial town.
The reservoir of the mine is as much as 995 million tons of copper ore , Which is used as the input to the Concentration Plant that will be established in the same place .The capacity of the Concentration Plant is 170'000 tons of copper concentrates , and will be Increased up to 300'000 tons.
The overall object of this project is to establish a Concentrator Plant for processing 7 million ton per year copper ore at the site of Sungun Copper Project . In this regard Svedala industry AB is carrying out basic Engineering and supplies offshore equipment and IRITEC is responsible to review basic design , and carrying out detail engineering and supply of onshore equipment , supervision of civil works , and erection , as well as technical inspection of offshore equipment .
